- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The reception staff really let this health centre down. Calling to make an appointment they've taken on a 'gatekeeper' role when it comes to seeing the doctor. The result is no compassion or warmth to the patient, which is very concerning for vulnerable people calling up. Putting patients off seeing the doctor should not be the job and questioning people at length on the phone about their medical problem is hugely inappropriate. Really a little bedside manner/training is all it would take, or just don't do that job if you don't have a caring side!by Sharon LivermoreJuly 08, 2017
